The High Valley Country Club is a Non-profit Development and Maintenance Corporation.
Membership is defined as owners and purchasers of lots in the eleven parts of High Valley.
The Country Club is managed by a Board of Trustees elected by the members in May of each year. Current board Trustees are:

Board meetings are held the third Saturday of each month at 9:00 AM. No meeting is held in December. Board meeting location is in the High Valley Club House.  Board meetings are open to the High Valley Country Club members.  Executive sessions, which are closed, are sometimes held to discuss salaries of employees.  Annual meetings are held on the Sunday of the Memorial Day weekend of each year at one o’clock p.m. in the High Valley Club House.  Board messages meeting minutes  and  annual meeting minutes are posted at the High Valley Club House.

A Property Committee has been formed to help the board enforce covenants; their activities are reported at the regular board meetings. Report covenant violations to the Property Committee using the "Covenant Violations Form". The filled out Covenant Violations forms can be mailed to the High Valley Country Club or dropped off either at the Club House or Operations Office.

The High Valley Country Club is governed by Articles of Incorporation Covenants  and  Bylaws
