Water System:
High Valley Country Club has its own water system supplied by 5 wells. The water system supplies both potable water to each lot and fire connections at various locations.

Golf Course:
The High Valley golf course is a nine hole course friendly to both beginners and experts. It is normally playable all year with some periods of snow cover (usually are short lived) that limit usage to cross country skiing, snowman construction, etc.  Score Card:

The golf course is available to play for lot owners, who are up to date on their dues, and their direct descendants.

Guests of members can play with the following rates:

       Normal     9 holes - $ 5.00              All day - $10.00
         Holidays   9 holes - $10.00             All day - $20.00

Use of a personal powered golf cart requires a yearly fee of $35.00. Some golf equipment is available for rent or purchase at the club house. 

Club House:

The High Valley club house is available for various club member activities, issues meetings, annual meetings and can be scheduled for lot owner personnel functions. A game room upstairs is also available for youth activities. 

The club house is open from Memorial Day through Labor Day. Hours are:
 Monday-Thursday 8AM to 9PM                 Friday-Saturday 8AM to 10PM.

Swimming and Wading Pools:

The Club has three pools available for High Valley members and their direct descendants.
The pools are open from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Guests of members can use the pool by signing in at the Club House and paying a fee of $3.00.
